Do you offer free shipping? 

Unfortunately, we have no control of current shipping rates. It's our goal to provide our customers with the highest quality handcrafted goat milk goods at an accessible price, therefore we cannot afford to offer free shipping. 

 

I have really sensitive skin. Should I use your product? 

5 Chicks and a Hen handcrafted goat milk goods are naturally very mild and soothing to the skin. We have a couple of goat milk soaps and lotions handcrafted specifically for those with sensitive skin. Learn more here.

If I am local, do I have to pay shipping?

For our local customers, feel free to select "Local Pickup" at check-out to avoid being charged for shipping. 

 

If the product I want is out of stock now, when will it be back in stock? 

Some of our handcrafted goat milk goods take longer to create than others (e.g. it takes 6-8 weeks for our goat milk soap to cure). Though it is our goal to give our customers lots of product options to choose from, feel free to reach out directly for a timeline for your preferred product.
